Projects held on 20th -- 22nd October, 2010.\n\nSl.                    Information Sought                                           Reply of PIO\n1. Copy of Application made by Maharashtra State Road                Only the connector road names are given\n    Development Corporation (MSRDC) for construction of              in the Application. Copy of the application\n    WFSL with connector at Pratiksha building, along with            with plans showing connector at Abdul\n    proposed plans.                                                  Gaffar Khan Road was enclosed.\n2   Copy of Clearance given by MOEF in favour of MSRDC for           Copy of clearance issued to BWSL was\n    construction of WFSL with connector at Pratiksha building,       enclosed.\n    along with approved plans.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nIncomplete and unsatisfactory information was supplied by the PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe FAA upheld PIO's reply.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nThe Appellant is not satisfied with the order of FAA.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Dileep Nevatia;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. E. Thirunavu, PIO &amp; Dy. Director;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO has provided the photocopy of the application made by Maharashtra State Road<br \/>\nDevelopment Corporation (MSRDC) for construction of WFSL. The PIO did not checked whether there<br \/>\nwas any specific mentioned in the application about the said application and approval were given for<br \/>\nconnector with Pratiksha building. The Commission therefore directs the PIO to inform the Appellant<br \/>\nwhether there is any specific mention of &#8220;connector at Pratiksha building&#8221; in the application and approval<br \/>\nfor WFSL.
