Learned counsel  that on the<br \/>\nground of nonfpajrmentg the Trial Court has<br \/>\nstruck dow1:;&#8221;th_eV   impugned judgment<br \/>\nand decreet\ufb01 _ subrriits that today the appellant has paid<\/p>\n<p>the arrears! of rent&#8221; :I:&#8221;&#8216;{&#8216;:.\u00bb.&#8217;-.441V,8O,20O\/- to respondent No.3 &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>_ Mr.A._{S[Ariand, &#8220;onedof the plaintiffs\/ respondent No.8.<\/p>\n<p>   respondent No.3 acknowledges receipt of<\/p>\n<p>  arrears of rent for the period from 01.11.2007<\/p>\n<p> _ to 3&#8217;i;0s;__2o1o&#8217;.\n<\/p>\n<p>V.    Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to<\/p>\n<p>  &#8216;a1low&#8221;the appeal with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of<\/p>\n<p>  -the suit within a period of three months.<\/p>\n<p>5.
