The grievance of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is that although he was posted at the present place<\/p>\n<p>only on 13.11.2006, by Exhibit-P2 order dated 1.8.2007 he has<\/p>\n<p>been transferred to Trivandrum. It is also stated that the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent who is the beneficiary of Ext.P2 has assumed office<\/p>\n<p>in a hurried manner.      It is seen that the petitioner has already<\/p>\n<p>highlighted his grievances by filing Ext.P3 appeal against Exhibit-<\/p>\n<p>P2 order.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Taking into account the pendency of Exhibit-P3 before the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit-P3, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, within a period of six weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is directed that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   shall given notice and shall be heard before final<\/p>\n<p>orders are passed.
