Counsel for the State is present.<\/p>\n<p>                              This    writ        application        was      filed    for<\/p>\n<p>                     assailing       the     order        of     suspension           dated<\/p>\n<p>                     11.7.2002.       Such        order     of       suspension        was<\/p>\n<p>                     passed    in    contemplation             of    a    departmental<\/p>\n<p>                     proceeding            and,      therefore,                if       the<\/p>\n<p>                     departmental            proceeding              against            the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners has not been concluded as yet,<\/p>\n<p>                     the same must be concluded within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                     six      months              from         the            date       of<\/p>\n<p>                     receipt\/production of a copy of this order,<\/p>\n<p>                     whereafter, a decision, with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>                     period    of     suspension,          would         be    taken    in<\/p>\n<p>                     accordance with Rule 97 of the Bihar Service<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      Code.
