Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :23\/05\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n       KURIAN JOSEPH &amp;  T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,  JJ.\n\n                 ----------------------------------------------\n\n                        W.P.(Crl.)No.105 of 2007\n\n                 ----------------------------------------------\n\n                        Dated 23rd   May,  2007.\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>             The prayer is for a direction to the respondents 1 and<\/p>\n<p>2   to   produce   Master   Anand   Jimmy   and   Master   Preetam   Jimmy<\/p>\n<p>from the alleged illegal custody of respondents 3 and 4, who are<\/p>\n<p>maternal grand parents.   It is fairly clear from the pleadings that<\/p>\n<p>there is difference of opinion between the petitioner, the father of<\/p>\n<p>the   children   mentioned   above   and   his   wife   Sonia,   and   at   her<\/p>\n<p>instruction   only,   the   children   are   with   her   parents.     Apparently,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has to move the Family Court for resolving such a<\/p>\n<p>family   dispute.     The   interim   custody   of   the   children   also   is   a<\/p>\n<p>related   issue.
