RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  Bail Application No.1262 of 2010\n                    - - -DATED:-16.3.2010- - -\n                          - - - -   - - - - -\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos. 5 and 6 in Crime No. 1302 of 2009 of<\/p>\n<p>Kundara Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>143,147,148,452,324,354,427 and 506(2) read with 149 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month in the event of their arrest in connection with the above case<\/p>\n<p>on each of them executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty<\/p>\n<p>five thousand only)     with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.1262\/10                  -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    Petitioners shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n             Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. Petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.
