KATIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   28.02.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                   that the order-sheet of the Appellate Tribunal suffers<\/p>\n<p>                   from error on record when it states that despite notice<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner refused to participate in the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>                             An order sheet, more particularly in a<\/p>\n<p>                   judicial or a quasi judicial proceeding carries a sanctity<\/p>\n<p>                   of its correctness. If the person is aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>                   recitals in the order-sheet, his remedy lies in moving<\/p>\n<p>                   the authority first for correction therein. The authority<\/p>\n<p>                   is first competent to examine the issue of correctness<\/p>\n<p>                   or incorrectness of recitals in the order sheet.<\/p>\n<p>                             Leave is sought to withdraw the application<\/p>\n<p>                   to purse remedies appropriately before the Appellate<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       Tribunal itself with regard to errors in the order sheet.<\/p>\n<p>                 The application is dismissed as withdrawn.<\/p>\n<pre>P.K.
