As a matter. of\n\n fact, it is the duty cast on the Tahsildar, being the\n\n custodian of the land revenue records to verify as to\n\nA\/\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nwho is cultivating the land, whether it is the owner or\nthe tenant, as on 1.3.1974. The second respondent has\nfailed to follow the due procedure which is \n\nunder the relevant provisions of the Land-'..hRfefo1trn:\n\nand Rules and decide the same'strir:t1y\"_4pe\\(e'nV'V:whe11:'A'the\n\n8 'Act V\n\nparties have not produced copy  irecord\ufb02of \n\nverify who is the person cuititratingvh the  the\n\ndate of 1.3.1974, whether or thet'en'ant.
