He   has   submitted   Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>application   in   the   prescribed   proforma   seeking   for   orders   of<\/p>\n<p>transfer   to   Kuttippuram   Grama   Panchayath   or   to   the   nearby<\/p>\n<p>Panchayaths like  Thirunavaya or Thanoor. Ext.P2  representation<\/p>\n<p>has   also   been   filed   before   the   second   respondent   for   the   very<\/p>\n<p>same purpose.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Government Pleader submits that Ext.P3 application will<\/p>\n<p>be  considered  by  the   second  respondent   at   the   time  of   general<\/p>\n<p>transfers, 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
