3. Learned Counsel for the appellant would contendthatv thexn h<\/p>\n

earning more than Rs.4,000\/- per month. The-ffiiibunal “to <\/p>\n

second respondent.\u00a2Ins.ut’jance Conipany’t’has”‘\u00a7sought to justify the<\/p>\n
impugned gment     i  ., ‘ l<\/p>\n
 is’ not “dispute, that the accident had occurred on<\/p>\n
l”’23A.4.2007V. TVhe.oclainiant was working as a Driver of the vehicle.<\/p>\n
  Vv Havinghiegard’ to inaterial on record, i am of the view that the<\/p>\n
 .Commissioner.tot1\ufb01ght to have taken his income as Rs.4,000\/- per<\/p>\n
 n1onth.’iI’i=5..that is so, the claimant is entitled for a total compensation<\/p>\n
 RV’s.1,52,488\/– as against the compensation awarded by the<\/p>\n
it<\/p>\n
Commissioner in a sum of Rs.1,15,129\/–. Thus, the clairr1ar1t.f1Vse\u00bb._l”._V’<\/p>\n
entitled for an additional compensation of Rs.37,359\/–.<\/p>\n
