Supehia for the  petitioner. The learned advocate<br \/>\ninvited attention of the Court to page 116   a part of the Inquiry<br \/>\nOfficer&#8217;s Report, wherein it is specifically mentioned that the<br \/>\npetitioner had informed the Collector, Rajkot by letter dated 13th<br \/>\nMay 1997 about the appointments made de hors the provisions<br \/>\napplicable to such appointments   over set up appointments, which<br \/>\nwere made by resolution dated 30th April 1997.  The<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioner also invited attention of the<br \/>\nCourt to the fact that the petitioner made a reminder dated 16th<br \/>\nJuly 1998 to the Collector, but no action was taken by the Collector,<br \/>\nuntil on 16th December 1999,  the Collector passed order<br \/>\nto remove the persons in excess of the set up. The learned advocate<br \/>\nfor the petitioner wants time to produce for perusal a copy of the<br \/>\nletter dated 13th May 1997 and reminder dated 16th<br \/>\nJuly 1998. At his request the matter is adjourned to 21st<br \/>\nSeptember 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
