Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :24\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No.5734 of 2005\n              ----------------------------------------------\n                 Dated 24th September, 2008.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                 The writ petition is filed mainly with the following<\/p>\n<p>prayer :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                        &#8221; Issue a writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\n           appropriate writ, direction or order of this Honourable Court<br \/>\n           directing the respondents to make payment with interest to the<br \/>\n           petitioner for the work he had undertaken and completed as per<br \/>\n           Ext.P1 estimate and consequent agreements within a time limit<br \/>\n           that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Since the petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, it is for<\/p>\n<p>him to approach the second respondent.
