Learned APP waives<br \/>\nservice.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe applicant &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>convict, who vide judgment and order dated 21\/6\/2010 rendered by the<br \/>\nLd. Addl. City Sessions Judge,  Ahmedabad, in Sessions Case No. 178<br \/>\nof 2008 has been convicted for the offences punishable under sections<br \/>\n29, 8C and 20B of the NDPS Act and sentenced to undergo imprisonment<br \/>\nfor 10 years and fine, has  filed present application praying for<br \/>\nextension of temporary bail granted vide order dated 19\/10\/2011<br \/>\npassed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 14154 of 2011,  for period<br \/>\nof  30 days on the ground of making necessary arrangement for<br \/>\nfinance for the treatment of his son.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tConsidering the facts<br \/>\nand circumstances of the case, the  application is allowed. The<br \/>\ntemporary bail granted vide order dated 19\/10\/2011 passed in Criminal<br \/>\nMisc. Application No. 14154\/2011 is extended for the period of 30<br \/>\n[thirty] days from the date of its expiry, on the same terms and<br \/>\nconditions.
