DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n\t\t\t\tDate\n: 20\/09\/2011 \n\n \n\n\t\t\t\tORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tThis<br \/>\nCivil Application is filed by the applicants\/original respondents<br \/>\nwith a prayer to vacate interim relief granted by this Court on<br \/>\n13.11.2009 which came to be confirmed on 20.04.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tWhile<br \/>\nissuing Rule, the order was passed that the hearing be expedited.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tOn<br \/>\nperusal of the order dated 20.04.2010, it reveals that the matter was<br \/>\nheard after hearing learned advocates appearing for the parties<br \/>\nincluding learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tAgainst<br \/>\nthe above, learned Advocate for the opponent-original petitioners,<br \/>\nsubmitted that the names of the petitioners were called from the<br \/>\nEmployment Exchange and after following the procedure the appointment<br \/>\nwere offered. It is further submitted by learned Advocate that other<br \/>\nsimilar situated employees like the petitioners came to be continued<br \/>\nand given permanent status by the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tWhen<br \/>\nthe matter was admitted by hearing learned Advocates appearing for<br \/>\nthe parties only on 20th April 2010, I deem it just and<br \/>\nproper not to vacate the relief confirmed by learned Single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tThe<br \/>\nCivil Application is rejected with a direction to the Registry to fix<br \/>\nthe main matter on Board for final disposal on 13th<br \/>\nOctober, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>(ANANT<br \/>\nS.
