Jani, waives service of Rule on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicant has filed this application for releasing him on bail<br \/>\npending the hearing of above mentioned Criminal Appeal.  It is stated<br \/>\nat the bar by the learned Advocate for the applicant that at present<br \/>\nthe applicant is on bail and during the trial also, the applicant was<br \/>\non bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts of the case, the substantive sentence is suspended till the<br \/>\nfinal disposal of the appeal. During the pendency of above appeal,<br \/>\nthe applicant-accused is ordered to be released on bail on his<br \/>\nexecuting a Bond of Rs.10,000\/- with one surety of like amount and on<br \/>\nusual terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court.<br \/>\nBail before the Trial Court.  Rule made absolute.
