Gupta<\/p>\n<p> Respondents : Customs &amp; Central Excise<\/p>\n<p>      Matter was heard through videoconferencing (VC) on 10.03.2010.<br \/>\nAppellant was present in person at NIC VC facility at Indore, while the<br \/>\nrespondents \u2015 represented by Shri Ashok Kumar Jain, Asst.<br \/>\nCommissioner \u2015 were present at the same venue. Commission<br \/>\nconducted the hearing from its New Delhi office.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     It was stated on behalf of the respondents that all information<br \/>\nrelating to the two queries appellant had made in his RTI-application<br \/>\ndated 13.08.2009 had been disclosed to him \u2015 through CPIO&#8217;s reply<br \/>\ndated 11.09.2009 in respect of query at Sl.No.1 and, for Sl.No.2,<br \/>\nthrough disclosures made to the appellant, vide CPIO&#8217;s letter dated<br \/>\n07.01.2010 pursuant to order of the Commission dated 30.11.2009 in an<br \/>\nearlier complaint filed by the appellant (No.CIC\/AT\/C\/2009\/000655).<br \/>\nCPIO, representing the respondents, further pointed out that the<br \/>\ninformation was for the year 2008-2009 as requested by the appellant<br \/>\nand was in respect of the jurisdiction of Assistant Commissioner of<br \/>\nCustoms &amp; Central Excise, Indore.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    It is seen that the requisite information has already been<br \/>\ndisclosed to the appellant for the jurisdiction of Assistant Commissioner<br \/>\nof Customs &amp; Central Excise, Indore. Should the appellant wish to<br \/>\nreceive this information for other jurisdictional officers, he may do so<br \/>\nthrough proper applications before the concerned officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
