Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :29\/05\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                   ==================\n\n                     W.P.(C).No.4211 of 2008\n\n                   ==================\n\n               Dated this the 20th day of May, 2008\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner&#8217;s only complaint in this writ petition is that<\/p>\n<p>although in HRMP No. 1493\/06\/A2 before the Kerala State<\/p>\n<p>Human Rights Commission, arguments were over as early as on<\/p>\n<p>29.7.2007, even after ten months, no orders have been passed.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner, therefore, seeks a direction to the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>to pass orders on the said petition expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>     2.     I have heard the learned standing counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the 1st respondent also. He would submit that the Commission<\/p>\n<p>would take some more time to pass orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
