Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner, seeks<br \/>\npermission to withdraw this petition without making submissions on<br \/>\nmerits and requests that as the show cause notice is under challenge,<br \/>\nthe petitioner would file an appropriate reply latest by 5th<br \/>\nOctober, 2011 pointing out everything, including the ground for which<br \/>\nthe show cause notice could not have been issued and prays that the<br \/>\nproceedings be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the permission for withdrawal is granted. In case,<br \/>\nif the petitioner  desires of making any reply to the notice, the<br \/>\nsame shall be filed on or before 5th October, 2011 and<br \/>\nthereafter, within one month, the notice will be decided strictly in<br \/>\naccordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npermission as sought for is granted. The petition stands disposed of<br \/>\nas withdrawn.
