  minerals. During the subsistence of the
\n granted to the petitioner, the State
\n passed an order dated 13.8.2010
\n P..jjv:reSt:PictiI*1g the grant of permission for the stock yard<\/p>\n
‘  oniylto the mine owners and those who have processing<\/p>\n
plants. A circular dated 13.8.2010 was accordingly<\/p>\n
issued by the Director, Department of Mines and<\/p>\n
Geology requiring the implementation of the order dated<\/p>\n
13.8.2010.\n<\/p>\n

2. Based on the order dated 13.8.2010 passed by<\/p>\n
the State Government. as also, the circular V-‘dated<\/p>\n
13.8.2010 passed by the Director, Department
\nand Geoiogy; the Deputy Director  V
\npassed an order dated 17.8.2C-Zitti <\/p>\n
yard permission granted tothe petitioner.ffhrongii. the\ufb02<\/p>\n
instant writ petition, the petitioner  jhassailed the
\ncancellation order    solitary
\ncontention advanced for the
\npetitioner  hp  d ated 17.8.20 10
\nadversely  the petitioner. It is<\/p>\n
accordingly the aforesaid order could<\/p>\n
not havehijeenywt  by respondent no.3 without<\/p>\n
  folitoyring the ‘natural justice. In this behalf it is<\/p>\n
 I siwihmittced no notice whatsoever was issued to the<\/p>\n
p’et_itione;~’dfirwforming him the basis for canceling the<\/p>\n
‘<._stockyar1d permission. It is further pointed out that no<\/p>\n
"_opp"o"f.'tunity was afforded to the petitioner to respond to<\/p>\n
  any such determination at the hands of the<\/p>\n

\nthe land in question as a stock yard till a \ufb01nal order is
\npassed by the competent authority. After the final order<\/p>\n
is passed, the petitioner shall abide by the same.<\/p>\n
