The petitioner apprehends<\/p>\n<p>arrest in Crime No. 113 of 2008 of Bekal Police Station on the<\/p>\n<p>allegation that he has committed offences, including non-bailable<\/p>\n<p>offences, punishable under Sections 457 I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Prosecutor, after taking instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused. He is not<\/p>\n<p>required to be arrested. The learned Prosecutor undertakes that<\/p>\n<p>if later it is found that the petitioner is necessary in this crime,<\/p>\n<p>prior information shall be given to the petitioner and prior<\/p>\n<p>permission of this Court shall be taken before any such arrest is<\/p>\n<p>effected.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.    The submissions of the learned Prosecutor are taken<\/p>\n<p>note of and hereby recorded. I accept the same. In the light of<\/p>\n<p>the above submissions, the apprehension of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>found to be without any merit.\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No. 2241 of 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>    5.
