Siri Jagan, J.\n              =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                      W.P(C) No. 8434 of 2010\n              =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n              Dated this, the 15th day of March, 2010.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In respect of disciplinary proceedings initiated against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, which resulted in imposition of punishment of compulsory<\/p>\n<p>retirement on the petitioner, the petitioner has filed Ext. P11 appeal<\/p>\n<p>before the 3rd respondent.       The petitioner submits that      the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s  normal date of retirement      falls on 31-3-2010 and<\/p>\n<p>therefore the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass orders on Ext.<\/p>\n<p>P11 before that date. The learned Government Pleader submits that if<\/p>\n<p>a date is fixed for hearing and the petitioner appears for hearing on<\/p>\n<p>that day, the 3rd respondent shall pass orders on Ext P11 before 31-3-<\/p>\n<p>2010. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>with the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall appear before the 3rd respondent for a<\/p>\n<p>hearing on Ext. P11 appeal on 19-3-2010.        On that day, the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall hear the petitioner on Ext. P11 appeal and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders thereon before 31-3-2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Sd\/- S.
