Having\u00a0heard\u00a0learned\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0both\u00a0sides\u00a0and\u00a0looking\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0facts\u00a0<br \/>\nand \u00a0 circumstances \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 case, \u00a0 it \u00a0 appears \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 following \u00a0 direction \u00a0 was\u00a0<br \/>\ngiven\u00a0by\u00a0this\u00a0Court\u00a0vide\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a017th\u00a0 April,\u00a02009\u00a0in\u00a0W.P.\u00a0(S)\u00a0No.\u00a0570\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n2004:\u00ad\u00ad<br \/>\n        &#8220;The \u00a0 respondents \u00a0 are \u00a0 directed \u00a0 to \u00a0 dispose \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 representation \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0<br \/>\n        petitioner\u00a0dated\u00a08.11.2003\u00a0which\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0annexed\u00a0as\u00a0annexure\u00a09\u00a0at\u00a0page\u00a0<br \/>\n        55,\u00a0within\u00a0a\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a0three\u00a0months\u00a0by\u00a0a\u00a0reasoned\u00a0order\u00a0and\u00a0communicate \u00a0<br \/>\n        the\u00a0same\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Accordingly\u00a0this\u00a0writ\u00a0petition\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0of.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0     In\u00a0view\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0aforesaid\u00a0decision,\u00a0an\u00a0order\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0passed\u00a0by\u00a0opposite\u00a0<br \/>\nparty\u00a0no.\u00a03\u00a0on\u00a012th\u00a0May,\u00a02010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      It\u00a0further\u00a0appears\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0facts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0case\u00a0that\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0some\u00a0error\u00a0in\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0order\u00a0passed\u00a0by\u00a0opposite \u00a0party\u00a0no.\u00a03\u00a0dated\u00a012th\u00a0 May,\u00a02010.\u00a0 \u00a0In\u00a0super\u00ad<br \/>\nsession\u00a0of\u00a0that\u00a0order,\u00a0a\u00a0fresh\u00a0order\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0passed\u00a0on\u00a09 th\u00a0 September,\u00a02010,\u00a0<br \/>\nwhich\u00a0is\u00a0annexed\u00a0at\u00a0Annexure\u00adB\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0supplementary\u00a0show\u00adcause,\u00a0filed\u00a0by\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0opposite\u00a0parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      Looking\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a09th\u00a0 September,\u00a02010,\u00a0which\u00a0is\u00a0annexed\u00a0at\u00a0<br \/>\nAnnexure\u00adB \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 supplementary \u00a0 show\u00adcause, \u00a0 it \u00a0 appears \u00a0 that \u00a0 a \u00a0 detailed\u00a0<br \/>\nspeaking \u00a0 order \u00a0 has \u00a0 been \u00a0 passed \u00a0 by \u00a0 the \u00a0 opposite \u00a0 parties, \u00a0 which \u00a0 is \u00a0 in\u00a0<br \/>\ncompliance \u00a0 with \u00a0 an \u00a0 order \u00a0 passed \u00a0 by \u00a0 this \u00a0 Court \u00a0 dated \u00a0 17th\u00a0 April, \u00a0 2009 \u00a0 in\u00a0<br \/>\nW.P.\u00a0(S)\u00a0No.570\u00a0of\u00a02004.\n<\/p>\n<p>      5. Much\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0agitated\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0legalit\u00a0y\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0order\u00a0passed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n         opposite\u00a0parties\u00a0dated\u00a09th\u00a0 September,\u00a02010\u00a0and\u00a0reliance\u00a0has\u00a0also\u00a0been\u00a0<br \/>\n         placed\u00a0upon\u00a0the\u00a0decision\u00a0rendered\u00a0by\u00a0this\u00a0Court\u00a0reported\u00a0in\u00a02002\u00a0(1)\u00a0<br \/>\n         JLJR\u00a012.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00ad2\u00ad\n<\/p>\n<p>       6.     Looking\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0order\u00a0passed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0opposite\u00a0parties\u00a0dated\u00a09th\u00a0September,\u00a0<br \/>\n       2010,\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0no\u00a0willful\u00a0disobedience\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0order\u00a0passed\u00a0by\u00a0this\u00a0Court\u00a0dated\u00a0<br \/>\n       17th\u00a0April,\u00a02009\u00a0in\u00a0W.P.\u00a0(S)\u00a0No.\u00a0570\u00a0of\u00a02004.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>       7.     There\u00a0is\u00a0no\u00a0substance\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0application\u00a0and,\u00a0hence,\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0is,\u00a0hereby,\u00a0<br \/>\n       dismissed. \u00a0 \u00a0 Liberty \u00a0 is \u00a0 reserved \u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 petitioner \u00a0 to \u00a0 challenge \u00a0 the \u00a0 order\u00a0<br \/>\n       passed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0opposite\u00a0parties\u00a0dated\u00a09th\u00a0September,\u00a02010,\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with\u00a0<br \/>\n       law.\n<\/p>\n<p>       8.
