Shelat, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of<br \/>\nthe averments made in paragraph-11 of the affidavit-in-reply<br \/>\nfiled by the respondent-Board, more particularly that &#8220;the<br \/>\nresult for December 2010 CET was valid only till January 2011<br \/>\nsession&#8221; and<br \/>\n&#8220;for July 2011 session the National Board of Examination has<br \/>\nconducted a CET June 2011 and the same will be valid for July 2011<br \/>\nsession only&#8221;,<br \/>\nthe petitioner does not pursue her claim for admission in the July,<br \/>\n2011 Session on the basis of her result in December, 2010. It is<br \/>\nfurther stated that insofar as the non-consideration in the June,<br \/>\n2011 counselling is concerned, the petitioner craves<br \/>\nleave to raise<br \/>\nthe dispute regarding the same, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above statement, and without entering into the merits of<br \/>\nthe case, the petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty<br \/>\nto approach the Court in case of necessity.
