BRAHMDEO YADAV SON OF SHRI KULDEEP YADAV\n                                    Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14.6.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted<\/p>\n<p>                   for the offence under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3\/4<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The submission is that the petitioners are the parents in<\/p>\n<p>                   law, the unmarried sister in law, the married sister in law and the<\/p>\n<p>                   brother in law of the complainant, against whom there is a general<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation that they had tortured the complainant on account of non-<\/p>\n<p>                   fulfillment of demands of dowry.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In view of such, in the event of surrender of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners, named above, within four weeks from today in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with complaint case no. 573 of 2009, they shall be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of           Rs. 5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                   satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura,<\/p>\n<p>                   subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                   and (i) that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>                   who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related<\/p>\n<p>                   with the petitioners.
