P. Sharma, Public Information Officer &amp; Assistant Commissioner;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Appellant who is clearly handicapped had applied for allotment of &#8216;khokha&#8217; in 2003<br \/>\nin the City Zone. The PIO shows that a decision has been taken by the Zonal Vending<br \/>\nCommittee that since there is no available space in the city zone no khokhas can be allotted to<br \/>\nhandicapped persons. The PIO however states that a persons residing in the city zone can request<br \/>\nfor allotment of a khokha in another zone. Such requests are considered by the Central Licensing<br \/>\nDepartment.
