Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 &#8211; State<br \/>\nand Mr.Y.M.Thakkar, learned advocate for the respondent No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIt<br \/>\nis jointly submitted by the learned Advocates for the parties that<br \/>\nthe dispute is settled between the parties and affidavit of<br \/>\ncomplainant to that effect is also placed on record.
