Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :28\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n              - - - - - - - - -  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                        W.P.(C)NO.10512 OF 2004\n\n              - - - - - - - - -  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n               Dated this the 28th day of March 2007\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Prayer is for implementation of Ext.P3 and disbursement<\/p>\n<p>of the amounts stated therein with interest.  According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the Government should first pay the amount to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   and   then   realise   it   from   the   Manager.     Learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel   for   the   second   respondent   submits   that   there   is<\/p>\n<p>already a stay granted by the Supreme Court in the matter of<\/p>\n<p>payment as per order dated 13.12.2004.
