Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :10\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                R.BASANT, J\n                        ------------------------------------\n                         B.A.No.5452 of 2007\n                        -------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 10th day of September, 2007\n\n                                    ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application for regular bail. The petitioner along with co-accused<\/p>\n<p>faces allegations under the Kerala Abkari Act.                They had allegedly<\/p>\n<p>transported 525 litres of spirit in a Maruti Car when they were<\/p>\n<p>intercepted by the police. The petitioner continues in custody from<\/p>\n<p>25.07.07.    The petitioner is a 19 year old young person, it is<\/p>\n<p>submitted.    The learned Public Prosecutor                   concedes that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has no history of any criminal antecedents.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer on condition that<\/p>\n<p>the investigator is given full complement of 60 days to complete the<\/p>\n<p>investigation and I am satisfied that the petitioner can be directed to<\/p>\n<p>be released on bail subject to appropriate conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    In the result, this application is allowed.           The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall be released on bail on the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      i)    The petitioner shall not be released on the strength of this<\/p>\n<p>order prior to 24.09.2007.
