Garg,  for the petitioners.\nMr. Laxman Meena, Public Prosecutor.\n..........\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIt is stated that case of the present petitioners is similar to that of Krishna who has already been acquitted.  Fire arm has not been recovered from the petitioners and even no allegation exists against them for causing injury to the deceased by firm arm. Such allegation exists against other five accused, thus, petitioners may be granted bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tOn the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail applications.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tAfter considering the rival submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, which may otherwise affect the outcome of the trial, looking to the facts of this case, I am of the view that the petitioners deserve to be enlarged on bail.  Accordingly, both the bail applications are accepted and I consider it just and proper to release the accused-petitioners namely, Bahadur Singh and Veera @ Veeri Singh on bail under section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.145\/2007 registered at Police Station-Deholi, District Dholpur for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 307 &amp; 302 of IPC provided each of them, furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000\/- together with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.\n<\/p>\n<p>(M.N.
