              Petitioner retired as Inspector from the respondent Corporation<\/p>\n
on 31.3.2007. He seeks payment of pensionary benefits citing the marriage<\/p>\n
of his daughter to be solemnized on 25.5.2008.<\/p>\n
              2. Heard learned Standing Counsel also.                      In the facts I feel<\/p>\n
that the petitioner is entitled to partial payment.<\/p>\n
              Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first<\/p>\n
respondent to pay the amount due to the petitioner as DCRG in accordance<\/p>\n
with law as early as possible, at any rate within a period of three months<\/p>\n
from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The other amounts will<\/p>\n
be paid in accordance with seniority.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
