It appears from the &#8216;statement of<\/p>\n<p>obje&#8217;ction.eithj_at,vVthe discipiirtary enquiry was concluded on<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;V,_&#8217;18.4.&#8217;20(:5\u00a3\u00a7 and the Enquiryofficer submitted his enquiry<\/p>\n<p>it &#8220;{frep0&#8243;r1&#8217;, on 2.6.2006, a copy of which was sent to the<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;  pietitiioner by the discipiinary authority on 10.6.2006, which<\/p>\n<p>  returned un-served.
