The Complainant informed the Commission vide his letter dated 06\/07\/2009<br \/>\nthat the required information was not sent to him within the mandated time period.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Complaint is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>         The issue before the Commission is of not supplying the complete, required information<br \/>\nby the PIO within 30 days as required by the law. \u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>         From the facts before the Commission it is apparent that the PIO is guilty of not<br \/>\nfurnishing information within the time specified under sub-section (1) of Section 7 by not<br \/>\nreplying within 30 days, as per the requirement of the RTI Act.
