Naresh Manjhi, son of Rameshwar Manjhi, both resident of village- Auriyar\n      Khurd, Police Station- Wazirganj, District- Gaya.\n                                                                   ....Petitioners.\n                                      Versus\n                               STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.     12.10.2010                Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                       and learned counsel for the State and also taking into<\/p>\n<p>                       account that there is no direct material in the case diary to<\/p>\n<p>                       connect these petitioners with the actual assault on the<\/p>\n<p>                       husband of the informant and that the allegation at best<\/p>\n<p>                       only is one regarding their alleged participation but<\/p>\n<p>                       without any firearms whereas the deceased is said to have<\/p>\n<p>                       died on account of injury on his person caused by firearms<\/p>\n<p>                       and taking into account also specific assertion of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioners in paragraph 10 of this application that they<\/p>\n<p>                       have got no criminal antecedent, , this Court would direct<\/p>\n<p>                       for release of the petitioners, namely, Ram Bali Manjhi<\/p>\n<p>                       and Naresh Manjhi on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                       10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                       amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                       Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                       No. 23 of 2010, subject to the following conditions:-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                    (i) The two bail bonds will be furnished, one by the<\/p>\n<p>            Government servant and the other by a close family<\/p>\n<p>            relative.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         (ii) The petitioners will remain present in course<\/p>\n<p>            of trial on each and every day and their absence even for a<\/p>\n<p>            single day would automatically entail the consequences of<\/p>\n<p>            cancellation of their bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         (iii) The petitioners in case are now made<\/p>\n<p>            accused in any other criminal case, that would itself lead<\/p>\n<p>            to cancellation of their bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Subject to the aforementioned conditions, the<\/p>\n<p>            prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.<\/p>\n<pre>kanchan\/-                                    ( Mihir Kumar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ram Bali Manjhi &amp;Amp; Anr vs State Of Bihar on 12 October, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
