In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed <\/p>\n

respondent no.4 dated 2.9.2008 as per’Anrie\u00e9rureeiiicancreiiihgpp<\/p>\n
nomination of the petitioner asi\ufb02iirector of s_ec’ond respondent —<\/p>\n
Board.\n<\/p>\n
2. Thepetitio’ner=.vv=.asi nomiriated asithe Director of second
\nrespondent_i\u00a5.__iBoard._ for.___a ipe3′.iQ,Cl”i of 3 years as per the
\nCornmiinication  per Anne:xa1re\u00ab~C. Accordingly,<\/p>\n
the petitioner i’part’i.cipated’. in the Board meeting of second<\/p>\n
i’  . res”pohd.ent.'” The petitioner as a Director of the second respondent<\/p>\n
A *~-\u00ab B.eard~notiiceci-certain irregularities in the matter of construction<\/p>\n
of i:vare.houses in the State of Karnataka. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n
petitioner gave a complaint to the Advisor to the Governor of<\/p>\n
Karnataka on 12.12.2007 as per Annexure–E. Reacting to the<\/p>\n
complaint of the petitioner the office of the Governor of<\/p>\n

Karnataka referred the matter to the second respondevnt’i_E~ovard<\/p>\n
for appropriate action in the matter. Accordinglyfthe,aliegatio’;1s”:<\/p>\n
made by the petitioner came up consideratioinvdbepfore the<\/p>\n
Board meeting as subject No.13: in theeagienda. a\u00a2:;Ai:ioner’th5ugh.. pp<\/p>\n
participated in the Board  on  to
\nparticipate in the discuzssibnt  issue and
\n\ufb01nalnly walked out of the  Directors of the
\nBoard discujsseid  there is no truth in
\nthe  petitioner. Thereafter, under the
\nimpugned  2.9.2008, the nomination of<\/p>\n
the petitioner _as’Direc’torTof second respondent -~ Board was<\/p>\n
 \u00ab\u00a2c.ance11ed:’asivp~et Annexure–~H. Hence this writ petition.<\/p>\n
 arguments on both the side and perused the<\/p>\n
— entire writ papers.\n<\/p>\n
 The nomination of the petitioner as Director of<\/p>\n
it “second respondent – Board and the subsequent cancellation is<\/p>\n

 petitioner as Director of the second respondent — Board. In the<\/p>\n

Further it    petitioner the respondents

\ndeveloprnents, isinot entitled ‘for any relief though
\nthe”c_ancellation’orderat!:Annexure-H is liable to be quashed.
