2. In similar matters, this Court in G.V. <\/p>\n
omens v. STATE or KARNATAKA AND oTHe’Rs.faiVi\u00a3\u00a7”‘v.i}isti\u00e9 ‘<\/p>\n
Petitions No. 31384-31266 of 1994 disposed. of it<\/p>\n
1994 has laid down the principles rel.-:”a’tin\u00a3.=,\u00a7’_’_lto <\/p>\n

\n  the \u00ab–liabViilty to pay royalty arises on account of the
\ncontractor extracting material from a Government<\/p>\n

\n‘ supply the material (minor minerals) is that of the<\/p>\n
Department\/employer and the contractor is<\/p>\n

 amount so deducted or collected to the contractor.<\/p>\n
