Tribeniganj, District-Supaul.\n                                                                      .....Petitioner.\n                                                        Versus\n                   The State of Bihar                                 .....Opposite Party.\n                   For the Petitioner      : Mr. Ashok Kumar, Advocate.\n                   For the State           : APP.\n                                           ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05\/   19.10.2011                      Heard       learned        Counsel           for    the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                      The      petitioner&#8217;s        prayer          for   bail<\/p>\n<p>                        has been rejected earlier.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      A report has been called for and<\/p>\n<p>                        from the report it appears that five out of<\/p>\n<p>                        ten witnesses have been examined.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Learned Counsel for the informant<\/p>\n<p>                        submits that I.O., two more witnesses are to<\/p>\n<p>                        be examined and the informant is assisting<\/p>\n<p>                        the court in earlier disposal of the case.<\/p>\n<p>                                      The      petitioner        was     seen       talking<\/p>\n<p>                        with    the    informant&#8217;s            daughter        at    8    p.m.<\/p>\n<p>                        Subsequently, her dead body was found. The<\/p>\n<p>                        girl    was    aged       16.    In     this     view       of   the<\/p>\n<p>                        allegation prayer for bail of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                        was rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Learned Counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                        has    annexed      the    entire       deposition          of   the<\/p>\n<p>                        informant        and      has      submitted           that       the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            informant has tried to improve his case in<\/p>\n<p>            course   of    trial    and     so    his   deposition        is<\/p>\n<p>            doubtful.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          In the present case, the girl aged<\/p>\n<p>            16 years was killed and the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>            seen   talking   with     her       prior   to her       death.<\/p>\n<p>            Considering the allegation, I am not inclined<\/p>\n<p>            to grant bail to the above named petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>            Accordingly,     his     prayer      for    bail    is     again<\/p>\n<p>            rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          However,        the     trial        court      is<\/p>\n<p>            directed to expedite the trial.<\/p>\n<p>                                       (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)<br \/>\nkksinha\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Suresh Mehta vs The State Of Bihar on 19 October, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.44668 of 2010 Suresh Mehta, Son of Rameshwar Mehta, Resident of Village Mirjawa P.S.
