Opp. Party.\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.08.2011              Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                 with a case registered for the offence under sections 379, 386,<\/p>\n<p>                 504 and 506\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per<\/p>\n<p>                 F.I.R. demand of Rangdari is alleged to have been made on<\/p>\n<p>                 04.07.2010 from the staff of the informant at Muzaffarpur<\/p>\n<p>                 Railway Station, but no F.I.R. was registered. The informant<\/p>\n<p>                 alleges that in the night the petitioner carried the goods which<\/p>\n<p>                 belonged to him and abused his staff Ramji Singh but still no<\/p>\n<p>                 F.I.R. was registered in the night of 4th July, 2010. Even on 5th<\/p>\n<p>                 July 2010 no information was given to the police and ultimately<\/p>\n<p>                 on 6th July 2010 a written statement was filed before the<\/p>\n<p>                 Officer-in-charge, G.R.P. Police Station, Muzaffarpur and the<\/p>\n<p>                 same was registered on 6th July, 2010 at 8.15 P.M.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           that neither the kind of goods which has been alleged to be<\/p>\n<p>           taken away by the petitioner has been mentioned nor the value<\/p>\n<p>           of goods taken away by the petitioner has been mentioned<\/p>\n<p>           anywhere in the written statement submitted to the Police. He<\/p>\n<p>           further submits that case has been instituted with oblique<\/p>\n<p>           motive as both the informant and petitioner happens to be<\/p>\n<p>           Transporter dealing in carriage of goods. It is submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                     Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner, namely, Digvijay Narayan Singh @ D.N. Singh, in<\/p>\n<p>           the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>           a period of four weeks from the date of receipt\/communication<\/p>\n<p>           of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>           Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>           each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Sonepur<\/p>\n<p>           at Saran in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S.
