GIRI ,J.\n                     -------------------------------\n                    WP(C).NO. 33206 of 2007\n                    ---------------------------------\n            Dated this the 12th day of November, 2007\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners, who are Taluk supply Officers are aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>fact that they are included in Ext.P1 list of persons proposed to be<\/p>\n<p>deputed to the Civil Supplies Corporation. Their objections are<\/p>\n<p>contained in Exts.P4 and P4(a) respectively, and they are pending<\/p>\n<p>before the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      After having heard the learned government pleader also, the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P4 and P4(a) and take a decision thereon, in accordance with the<\/p>\n<p>norms regulating deputation of persons to the Civil Supplies<\/p>\n<p>Corporation, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the judgment, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          V.
