Provide the report of the houses constructed under the building department in Anand Vihar,<br \/>\n            Inderlok.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. Pls. tell me that are those buildings built of new way? Are Those maps right? And are those<br \/>\n            building build according to right map? Whether the construction buildings are legal or<br \/>\n            illegal? Pls. provide the photocopy of that documents copy in written.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Pls. tell me that are those buildings mapped right if no so it&#8217;s an illegal in MCD Act 343, 344.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Were you use these Act&#8217;s in those buildings and tell me that from whose permission these<br \/>\n            constructions are going on. Pls. Provide the Photocopy of Action Taking Report.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. Pls. tell me who has given the permit for making four floors? Tell me who have officers in<br \/>\n            building department due to constructed of the illegal buildings? Pls. inform those officers<br \/>\n            and his designation and FIR lodged againsed the officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. Tell me name the officer who has given the permission for building the following construction of<br \/>\n            illegal houses?\n<\/p>\n<p>          \u2022 H.No.-70 Prince Hair Saloon, IIIrd Floor.\n<\/p>\n<p>          \u2022 H.No.-131\/73-A, Near Anand Nagar, Ist Floor.\n<\/p>\n<p>          \u2022 3 floors of Naveen Derry near H.No.-313\/73-C.\n<\/p>\n<p>          pls. provide the photocopies of these properties map.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. Name the Officer who has granted the permission to construct basements in Anand Nagar,<br \/>\n            Inderlok. If no permission has been granted then pls. seal these basements. How many<br \/>\n            building have been sealed by the building deptt. From 2009 to 2011. Provide the action the<br \/>\n            taken report against such construction and name the officer who has sealed it and on whose<br \/>\n            complaint such action has been taken. How many complaints give MCD by police in whole Anand Nagar, Inderlok? Pls. provide the all<br \/>\n            complaints of photocopies.\n<\/p>\n<p>   8. Pls. tell me name of JE and AE of their areas, pls clarify that any complaint had lodged on those<br \/>\n            officials if yes then give me the action taken report. How many Complants have against them<br \/>\n            in 2010-2011? Provide the copy of the complaints for same. Provide the information about<br \/>\n            the joining date of above officials.\n<\/p>\n<p>   9. How many demolitions of illegal buildings by MCD Building Deptt. In Ward No. 74, Inderlok,<br \/>\n            Anand Nagar, Shahjaha Bagh? Their addresses to be shared. How much did it cost for the<br \/>\n            work on them by mcd? Ranging from 2010 to 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>   PIO response:-\n<\/p>\n<p>   1. No such information is available. However, residential building plans upto plot size of 400 Sq.\n<\/p>\n<p>           yds. are sanctioned at zonal level and all details of properties for which building plan has<br \/>\n           been sanctioned by Building Deptt., K.B.Zone during the period 1.1.2005 to 30.4.2011 are<br \/>\n           available on MCD website i.e. www.mcdonline.gov.in.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. As in (1) above. Further, the details of deviations\/unauthorized construction booked since 1.1.2001<br \/>\n           to 30.4.2011 is also available on MCD website i.e. www.mcdonline.gov.in.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. As mentioned in (2) above.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. As in (1) above. However, the applicant with prior intimation may also inspect the SBP files on<br \/>\n           any working day. As on date Sh. Varun Arora is the area JE(B) of Ward No. 74 (Inderlok).\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. As per record, no building plan has been sanctioned in r\/o P.No. 70, 313\/73-A &amp; 313\/73-C, Anand<br \/>\n           Nagar, Inderlok already stands booked vide U\/C file No. B\/UC\/KBZ\/09\/73 dt. 18.03.2009,<br \/>\n           B\/UC\/KBZ\/09\/146 dt. 06.07.2009, &amp; B\/UC\/KBZ\/10\/334 dt. 20.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. Regarding sanction of basement it is informed that no specific property number for which<br \/>\n           information s sought has been provided by the applicant. However, as informed in (1&amp;5)<br \/>\n           above. No ward wise detail of sealing action is maintained. All the sealing\/demolition actions<br \/>\n           taken are entered in the demolition register and maintained in the form of Monthly Action<br \/>\n           Taken Reports. Applicant with prior intimation may inspect the relevant<br \/>\n           Register\/Reports\/Sealing files on any working day.\n<\/p>\n<p>   7. The information sought is not readily available. However, all the complaints from whichever<br \/>\n           source received are sent to the concerned are JE(B) after diarizing the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>   8. The information sought pertains to Vigilance Deptt., as such RTI application is being forwarded to<br \/>\n           PIO, Vigilance Deptt., and MCD. AS on date Sh. Varun Arora is the area JE(B) and Sh.<br \/>\n           Pushpender is the area AE(B) of Ward No. 74 (Inderlok).\n<\/p>\n<p>   9. As already informed no separate ward wise registers\/information is maintained. However, the<br \/>\n           applicant may inspect the demolition register as well as demolition charges register<br \/>\n           maintained in this office.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information was given by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant is advised to visit the office of the PIO on Monday 13th of June 2011 at 11:00AM to Inspect<br \/>\nthe record and identify the documents.
