\nadvocate for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.2 is a
\nhead strong person, and out of threat and fear, the petitioner is
\ncompelled to leave his house and now he has shifted to Ahmedabad and
\nhe is fearing to attend the Court at Amirgadh. Therefore, this
\napplication is filed for transferring the case which is pending in
\nthe Court at Amirgadh being Criminal Case No.110 of 2010 to any other
\nCourt in the district of Banaskantha or in the alternative to grant
\npolice protection to the petitioner for appearing before the learned
\ntrial Court at Amirgadh at the cost of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
\t\tIn
\nview of the above, this application is partly allowed. The petitioner
\nshall make an application to the Palanpur Police Station whenever he
\nis required to go to the Court at Amirgadh in connection with
\nCriminal Case No.110 of 2010 and the concerned Police Officer will
\ntake appropriate steps to provide police protection at the cost of
\nthe petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
