No.            Information Sought                        Reply of the PIO\n<\/p>\n<p>   1.      Whether the letter of the Chancellor Review committee was constituted as<br \/>\n           (RSS, New Delhi) was analyzed by per the law. Rest of the information<br \/>\n           the Committee constituted by the could be sought from the college.<br \/>\n           Principal of the said college. Name of Request was being done from the<br \/>\n           the expert of Sarvadarshan. Reason Principal.<br \/>\n           for the receiving of inquiry letter dated<br \/>\n           30\/12\/2008 by Dr. Trilok Jha<br \/>\n           (Professor) of the said college.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2.      Whether the Committee which was Review committee was constituted as<br \/>\n           constituted for inquiry to appoint per the law. Mr. Piyushkant Dixit,<br \/>\n           permanent staff on the post of Prof. B. N. Pancholi and Dr. Bhagirath<br \/>\n           Sarvadarshan , was as per the rule. . Mishra was expert in Sarvadarshan.<br \/>\n           Name of the expert of Sarvadarshan.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.      Whether the Adarsh Niyamavali or Provisions of the said college are the<br \/>\n           Managemnt Committee was the base base conduct. In regular payscale there<br \/>\n           to conduct the college. Reason for was no provisions of ad hoc<br \/>\n           pending payment of Dr. Trilok Jha appointment but according to the<br \/>\n           (Professor\/     Sarvadarshan)        who directives of the scheme, there was<br \/>\n           appointed by the Committee under provision to keep temporary professor.<br \/>\n               different law and rules of college.   In addition to this, according to the para<br \/>\n                                                    17 of the scheme, no honorarium and<br \/>\n                                                    pay scale could be granted without the<br \/>\n                                                    approval of Govt. of India. Proposal of<br \/>\n                                                    ad hoc appointment was not approved<br \/>\n                                                    by the Govt.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4.       Copy      of     the      letter    no. Copy of the letter could be sought from<br \/>\n            RSKS\/Adarsh35011\/02-03\/545 dated the said college.<br \/>\n            22\/09\/2006 of the Registrar.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5.       Details of the appropriate Section of As given in reply of query no. 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>            the &#8216;Adarsh Niyamavali&#8217; under which<br \/>\n            the views were given against the<br \/>\n            proposed decision no. 11 (b) which<br \/>\n            was taken under Section 9 and 11 of<br \/>\n            Management Committee of the said<br \/>\n            college.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6.       Whether the pending payment of Dr. It was not possible. As given in reply of<br \/>\n            Trilok Jha (Professor\/ Sarvadarshan) query no. 3.<br \/>\n            was possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>   7.       Whether it was justified to neglect Dr. Information could be sought from the<br \/>\n            Trilok Jha by Review Committee and said college.<br \/>\n            Selection Committee.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information received form the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not ordered.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Information provided on points 1,2,3,4, 5,6 &amp; 7 are not correct as per the rules of &#8216;Adarsh<br \/>\nYojana&#8217;.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant appears to have a grievance that the Rules of &#8216;Adarsh Yojana&#8217; are not been<br \/>\nfollowed properly.
