Sahani\n              For the Respondent:      Mr.....\n                                       ------\n2\/19.1.2009<\/pre>\n<p>          The present writ petition has been preferred for issuance of<br \/>\n              an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for<br \/>\n              quashing an order dated 2.1.2009 passed by the Learned Munsif,<br \/>\n              Ranchi, in Execution Case No. 17 of 2006 and for appropriate<br \/>\n              direction upon the Learned Munsif, Ranchi, to dispose of the<br \/>\n              Execution Case No. 17 of 2006 within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     The main contention raised by the petitioner is that the<br \/>\n              impugned order dated 2.1.2009 is vitiated and this will amount to<br \/>\n              prolong the Execution Case No. 17 of 2006.
