Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :09\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                 =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                         W.P.(C) No. 35459 of 2009\n                 =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                 Dated this the 9th day of December, 2009\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioners 1 to 5 initially joined in the Police department as Police<\/p>\n<p>Constable and 6th     petitioner joined in the Forest department as Forest<\/p>\n<p>Guard. While so, they got selected and were advised to the post of<\/p>\n<p>L.D.Clerk\/Bill Collector in the Municipal Common Service. According to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners, initially on joining Municipal Common Service they were<\/p>\n<p>given the benefit of pay protection and that was later revised and pay was<\/p>\n<p>re-fixed to their disadvantage. It is stated that complaining of this, they have<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P7, P12, P14, P18 and P21 before the fifth respondent and orders<\/p>\n<p>have not been passed on these representations. In this writ petition they seek<\/p>\n<p>directions for expediting a decision on the representations.<\/p>\n<p>        2. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners, I dispose of this writ petition directing the fifth respondent,<\/p>\n<p>who has been now designated as Director of Urban Affairs, to consider<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P7, P12, P14, P18 and P21 and pass orders thereon. This shall be done<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No. 35459\/09                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible.
