SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 30\/08\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tBy<br \/>\nway of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,<br \/>\nthe petitioner has prayed for an appropriate writ, order and\/or<br \/>\ndirection, directing the respondent Police Agency and passport<br \/>\nauthority &#8211; respondent Nos.2 and 3 to forthwith decide the<br \/>\nrepresentation of the petitioner dated 07\/12\/2010 (Annexure &#8220;E&#8221;)<br \/>\nand subsequent reminders.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tAs<br \/>\nit is reported that request made by the petitioner to take necessary<br \/>\naction against a lady namely Rajshri D\/O Vijaykumar Kesari alias<br \/>\nVitthalbhai Makwana and W\/o Japmandeepsingh Ahluwalia to run away<br \/>\nabroad due to involvement of serious criminal case of having two<br \/>\npassports issued from two different authorities one passport issued<br \/>\nfrom Ahmedabad in the year 2009 and another passport issued from<br \/>\nChandigarh in the year 2008, is yet not looked into and decided by<br \/>\nthe said authorities, the present petition is disposed of by<br \/>\ndirecting the concerned respondent authorities i.e. respondent Nos.2<br \/>\nand 3 to look into the aforesaid complaint\/ representation made by<br \/>\nthe petitioner if the same is not considered and decided by the<br \/>\nappropriate authority as on today and take appropriate steps in<br \/>\naccordance with law and on merits at the earliest, for which, this<br \/>\nCourt has not expressed anything on merits with respect to the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWith<br \/>\nthis, the present petition is disposed of.
