DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 15\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\npetition is filed by the petitioner-convict seeking parole on the<br \/>\nground of urgent requirement of his house repairing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\noverall facts and jail record of the petitioner which is reasonably<br \/>\ngood and in the past whenever he was either granted furlough or<br \/>\nparole he had reported before the jail authorities in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the petitioner is granted 15days of parole from<br \/>\nthe date of is release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 2,000\/-<br \/>\non satisfaction of jail authorities on usual terms and conditions.<br \/>\nOn completion of the parole leave the petitioner shall surrender in<br \/>\ntime before the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
