A heden\u00e9properly assessed by the Commissioner. Hence, it<\/p>\n
C’ is contended that the Compensation is to be enhanced.<\/p>\n
The Learned Counsel for respondent however seeks to<\/p>\n

justify the award passed by the Commissioner. It is
\ncontended that in absence of evidence, the minimum<\/p>\n
wages notification has been relied to reckon the wages<\/p>\n
and considering the nature of the injury, the–‘j1o_s’sVT.”of<\/p>\n

 \u00ab.._ACo-fninisssioner ha’s——-‘–::o’me to the conclusion that the loss<\/p>\n
 is to be reckoned at 60%. In this<\/p>\n
regard  oi” the View that the Commissioner in fact as<\/p>\n
ta1<:en',Vi_rlito consideration, all aspects of the matter<\/p>\n
 law laid down by this Court. Therefore, on<\/p>\n
  so __that aspect no interference is caiied for.<\/p>\n

4. The question however for consideration is<\/p>\n
the wages as reckoned by the Commissioner:_ii’~..Thve<\/p>\n
Commissioner has adverted to this aspect of:thefrriattei’–si *<\/p>\n

\nthereafter’  “matter further. The<\/p>\n

 Commissioner and if 60% is awarded toWa.rds loss of<\/p>\n

\nRs.2,15,171\/–. Since the Commissioner has already<\/p>\n
awarded Rs.1,64,S66\/~ the claimant wouid be entitled<\/p>\n
to the enhanced compensation of Rs.50,6O5\/;H._<\/p>\n
