Jani for the<br \/>\napplicant seeks permission to  withdraw this application in view of<br \/>\nthe report submitted by the learned A.P.P. with regard to hospital<br \/>\ncertificate. Permission is granted. This application stands disposed<br \/>\nof as withdrawn.
