M. SAHAI)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tRule<br \/>\nreturnable on 7th September, 2011. We have heard learned Assistant<br \/>\nGovernment Pleader for the appellants. Learned Assistant Government<br \/>\nPleader has urged that once Integrated Education for Disabled<br \/>\nChildren Scheme as framed by the Central Government has come to an<br \/>\nend, 100% finance which was given by the Central Government was<br \/>\nstopped. The effect was that teachers would cease from their duty and<br \/>\nno salary could be paid to them. There was no question of<br \/>\nretrospective termination, as termination was automatic after the end<br \/>\nof the scheme. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has further urged<br \/>\nthat by way of interim relief, final relief has been granted. It is<br \/>\nwell settled by the Apex Court that by way of interim relief, final<br \/>\nrelief cannot be granted. Though the writ petition is pending,<br \/>\ndirections have been issued by the learned Single Judge which amounts<br \/>\nto granting final relief which is not permissible in law.
