Yadav appearing for the Official<br \/>\nLiquidator.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nreport is filed by Official Liquidator of the Company in liquidation<br \/>\nwith following prayer :\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;6(A)\tThis<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Court may be pleased to approve the draft of conveyance deed<br \/>\nat Annexure &#8216;D&#8217; to this report with or without such modifications or<br \/>\nalterations as may be considered appropriate by this Hon&#8217;ble Court<br \/>\nand the Official Liquidator may be permitted to execute the sale deed<br \/>\nas per draft as may be approved by this Hon&#8217;ble Court subject to<br \/>\ncondition that, the stamp duty, Registration charges and all other<br \/>\nexpenses incidental to the execution and registration of the sale<br \/>\ndeed shall be borne and paid by the purchaser.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of what is stated in paragraphs 1 to 5 and a draft conveyance<br \/>\ndeed has been verified by the office of Official Liquidator including<br \/>\nthe particulars of assets sold, payment of sale consideration and<br \/>\nother details mentioned in the draft sale deed, I deem just and<br \/>\nproper to grant prayer made in Para 6(A) and granted accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator Report stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
