THE MUKHIYA, KUSUMPUR PANCHAYAT SANGRAMPUR, DISTRICT MUNGER.\n                                                  ---- RESPONDENTS\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    26.4.2011                The petitioner is aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>                   order of the District Magistrate, Munger by<\/p>\n<p>                   which her engagement as an Anganwari Sevika<\/p>\n<p>                   has been terminated.                 The petitioner has a<\/p>\n<p>                   right     to      file       an      appeal       before           the<\/p>\n<p>                   Commissioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              If    the    petitioner         files       an    appeal<\/p>\n<p>                   before     the        Commissioner             along        with     a<\/p>\n<p>                   limitation       petition,         the    Commissioner             may<\/p>\n<p>                   consider          the             limitation             petition<\/p>\n<p>                   sympathetically in view of the fact that the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner      was     pursuing         her    remedy       before<\/p>\n<p>                   this     Court.          I     also      direct        that        the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner should file an appeal within a<\/p>\n<p>                   period     of    four        weeks    failing          which       the<\/p>\n<p>                   appeal    may    be    dismissed         on     the    ground      of<\/p>\n<p>                   limitation itself.
